The body actually sits on a 1957 frame with the front suspension from the Thunderbird, and the rear end is a rock solid Ford 9 inch rear end. Because the T-bird frame, this Roadster rides really well. The 302 engine is an early 70-s unit and is backed by a 2-speed Fordomatic transmission. The 302 engine has slightly higher compression, and 93 Octane gas is recommended. In front, is a chrome -32 Ford grille insert to give it the classic Hotrod look.
