Ford F-Series pickup trucks have been sold continuously since 1948. For the last 67 years Ford has gotten their formula right: reliable drive trains, rugged good looks, and a trim level for every budget. With a single-cab/long bed layout, and rear wheel drive, this truck would've made a great work horse in 1978. it probably still will! This 1978 F250 with the Ranger package is no exception. The truck sports with a 400 CID V8 under the hood which has been dressed out with a chrome valve covers and a chrome breather.
