This completely correct 62 Galaxie is 1 of only 400 4 speed big block cars, Commonly referred to as a G-code, that was built in 62. The restoration of this 62 500 was completely documented with photographs and the majority of receipts. Pop the hood and you will see Fords first 400+ cubic inch motor to be stuffed into a passenger car, the 406. It is all stock except for a couple chrome pieces. All internals are original and meet factory specs as far as compression and bore. The 405 horse cranking out of the motor was matched up with the original Borgs Warner 4 speed transmission.
