1969 Ford Mustang Boss

View Description

With just over 13,000 ORIGINAL MILES, this is one of the lowest mileage Boss Mustangs in the world! This Mustang is one of the world's most famous, renown, and valuable muscle cars. With only 859 Boss429S ever made (857 were Mustangs), they're seen few and far in between. This 1969 Ford Mustang Boss9 for sale was built by Ford so the mighty 429 could be used to compete with Chrysler's 426 Hemi in the NASCAR circuit. To legally compete, 500 models must be built and sold to the public. And alas, the Boss was born! These engines were severely underrated, at 375 horsepower. A solid number, no doubt, but some sources say actual horsepower was far and beyond 500! In order to fit this engine in the Mustang, Ford contracted out the work to Kar Kraft in Brighton, MI to complete the heavy modifications. This Boss for sale was built on April 11th, 1969 and sold shortly after to Vanderstyne Ford Inc. in New York. This beautiful example is original, with only minor pieces, refreshed, changed, or refurbished. This 69' Ford Boss Mustang for sale has full documentation, including: Marti report, original build sheet, KK sticker (KK 1707), Special Performance vehicle...

1959 Cadillac Series 62

View Description

In 1959, Cadillac developed one of the greatest line of luxury vehicles ever to be produced. '59 is remembered as a very special year to collectors, enthusiasts, and everyone in-between. A mid-century icon, 59 Cadillac's- in this condition especially - are highly sought after and are very recognizable. Cadillac offered various trims in '59, including the Sixty-Two Coupe and Sedan, the Coupe De Ville, the Fleetwood Sixty, Eldorado Seville, and of course- the Sixty-Two Convertible. Marketed as the 'New Standard of the World in Supremacy! ', the Sixty-Two Cadillac is just about as nice as it can get when it comes to luxury convertibles. Just seeing those rear fins is all it takes for your jaw to drop upon first sight. The double rocket taillights will make you fall in love instantly. One of the finest examples of retrofuturism in vehicle design. Heavily influenced by the Space Race, and Americas eager pursuit into the 'future', the looks of this 59' Cadillac are simply awe-inspiring. Inside the vehicle you will find what is believed to be an original brochure for the 1959 Cadillac line. A neatly color coordinated collection of photographs and descriptions of each trim offered that year. The front cover...

1954 Kaiser Darrin

View Description

Built by Kaiser Motors in 1954, the American sports car was designed by Howard Darrin. Essentially a revamp of Kaiser-s Henry J compact, the Kaiser Darrin was noted for being the first American car equipped with a fiberglass body and for having door that slid on tracks into the front fender wells. The Darrin was conceived as part of a movement to compete head-to-head with the European roadsters being imported and sold in the United States in the post-World-War-II period. As a designer, one of Darrin-s trademarks was that of a sweeping fender line which descended gently along the side of the car until it reached a -dip- at the head of the rear fender. Along with Darrin's trademark fender line, the Kaiser Darrin had entry doors that, instead of being hinged to open outward, slid on tracks into the front fender wells behind the front wheels. The 1954 Darrin for sale is equipped with a three-position Landau top, which was considered novel at the time, and the design on the whole is beautifully proportioned. The only flaw was considered the car's front grille. High and shell-shaped, it looked as though the automobile 'wanted to give you a kiss,' as one...
