The Ford Standard was first introduced in 1937 and was produced for only 4 model years ending in 1940. This very desireable generation of Ford coupes with its stunning body lines, and full fenders is one of the most popular vehicles for -Hot-Rodding- still to this day. This 1940 Ford is a great cruiser having plenty of power with the 350 cubic inch Pontiac V8 and is very fun to drive with the GM 200R transmission that has overdrive and operates flawlessly which is no surprise with this Coupe having less than 8,000 miles since it was fully restored.
