Cloaked in a pristine Porsche Guards Red PPG finish, this is one for all ages. The restoration started with the steel body shell, and a Superior Glass Works Chassis, with fully boxed steel frame rails. Everything was taken to bare metal before any finish work was begun. A new LS3 crate motor was installed, with a FAST intake and FAST fuel rails. A set of coated shorty headers and a full stainless 2. 5- exhaust setup, complete with stainless X-pipe, scavenges the spent fuel to the rear with a throaty burble. To the aft of the beefy powerplant, a new 6L80E 6-speed automatic transmission with a 3200RPM stall torque converter to aid in providing excellent launches.
