Ford first reprised the now-famous 1968 Ford Mustang GT that Steve McQueen drove in the movie 'Bullitt', when it brought out a Bullitt edition Mustang GT in 2001. The 2001 version was primarily enhanced for better handling than the stock GT, with a 3/4-inch lower ride height, Tokico shocks, and sub-frame connectors. It also received mild performance-enhancing upgrades vs. the stock GT, with higher flow mufflers and underdrive pulleys, along with a remapped ECM that enabled it to produce more torque at lower RPM. Other elements paying homage to the '68 that McQueen drove included gauge faces and seat upholstery patterned after McQueen's more famous Mustang.

They were only available in black or Dark Highland Green and came with modified badging with a unique satin finish and Bullitt crosshair medallion on the rear decklid. They also received special 18-inch aluminum wheels, featuring a Machined flange and dark gray satin spokes. This truck was restored in 2017-2018 and the love it has been given shows. This gorgeous F150 has a custom flat bed with a hidden ball on it which gives it a unique look that sets it off. The black paint with flames on this 4x4 looks great and big Mickey Thompson meats makes this truck look sinister. The F150 has a sweet 400 cubic inch motor that has 1500 miles since it has been rebuilt and sounds very nice when it fires up. It is mated to a 4-speed manual transmission that shifts smooth. The F250 was Fords workhorse of the bunch. Built for the working class and used primarily as work/fleet vehicles there are not of these 5th generation 3/4 ton trucks left. This example is a 2-owner truck with most of its life spent on a farm seeing much of its life hauling and running around that very place. With a mere 32000 miles showing on the odmeter it is bealived to be original to the truck. Bought in 2000 from that same farmer the truck needed some love but still ran great with the original 352 engine and 4-speed transmission in proper running condition. The decision was made shortly after that to bring this truck back to its original glory. Disassembled and separated from the frame with the actual cab was tossed for a new one. The hood was also exchanged for a new one ensuring any rust issues were solved. The last piece of the puzzle was the bed which wound up having to be scrapped as well with a new one taking its place. Dodge has always had a good standing reputation of making trucks of legendary status and this truck shows as a shining example of how they got that done. The B series trucks came in the year 1948 to replace the war era trucks in an effort to expand their market on multiple model trucks to serve different purposes from commercial to civilian. This truck came as a half-ton variant which was equipped with an inline-6 flathead engine which was bolted to a 3-speed floor shifted manual transmission. This truck has been customized in and out starting with a two-tone green on green paint job which draws people's attention right out of the gates.
