1975 Ford Maverick

This little pony has just the right look and stance. First off, the big gaudy bumpers have been replaced with a more tasteful set of 1973 front and rear bumpers. New emblems were also sourced to give the exterior of this Maverick a nice clean and crisp look. The original color for this Maverick is Polar White and has been repainted back to the factory color with the engine bay being painted to match. More on the engine bay here in a sec! To get the just right, low in the weeds stance, the Maverick has been fitted with a Mustang II front suspension. A nice set of American Racing Torque Thrust polished aluminum wheels have been mounted to this wild horse. Back to the engine bay! Following the popular Hot Rod trend of the glory days, this Maverick has been built Ford Tough with Chevy Stuff. A 350 CID Chevrolet V8 crate engine with 330 horsepower has been mated to 700R4 automatic transmission. The Chevy power does end up going through a rock-solid Ford 9-inch rear end.
