The T-Top Mustangs are getting harder to find in good shape. They offered this option from '81 to a few models in '88. This particular '84 T-Top car has a healthy 302 V8 which has been worked over with Aluminum twisted heads, a sweet set of headers, a Holley carburetor. oh yeah, and a Holley Blower sitting on top! The engine has just under 1,000 miles and runs strong. Of course it has all the supporting modifications to run this set up: Aluminum radiator with electric fan, new MSD 6a digital ignition box, and a new coil. These 302 Ford V8s have a lot of potential, and this one certainly utilizes that potential. The car retains a 5-Speed manual transmission and save for a few hood modifications, it appears rather stock. The car has a recent paint job in a really sharp orange color with just enough metallic. The 1969 Deville was restyled in the Eldorado image with Eldorado-like front fender treatment that helped emphasize a stronger horizontal design line. Rear quarters were extended to give the car a longer look. An all new grille was released with dual horizontal headlamps positioned in the outboard step down areas of the grille. The hood was also extended, and the roofline was more square with the rear deck and bumper being more sculpted. A new ventilation system was introduced because of the elimination of front vent windows that also provided a sleeker look and improved visibility. A model identification signature script still sat above the horizontal body side rub molding towards the back of the rear fenders. The C3 is the third generation of the Chevrolet Corvette, (C3) is a sports car that was produced by Chevrolet for the 1968 through 1982 model years.
