1967 Morris Minor

View Description

The Morris Minor was built from 1948-1971 in Great Britain. Over the years the Minor was produced by three different companies including Morris Motors, British Motor Company and British Leyland. Three series models were manufactured in the Minors long run. The MM was produced from 1948-1955 and the Series II was produced from 1952-1956. Our 1967 Morris Minor was manufactured from 1956- 1971. Variations of the Minor have included models consisting of two-doors, 4-doors, panel vans and pickup trucks. Over its long run, the Morris Minor sold an astonishing 1. 6 million units before production ended.

In 1956 the Morris 1000 received major updates to keep the car competitive into the 1960s. The 1000 was so named because of its new 948cc engine. Many changes were made to the body pressings including the roof, scuttle and bonnet panels. A large wraparound rear window and a one-piece windshield improved visibility and lent to a more modern appearance. Our 1957 Morris Minor 1000 two-door model is a great example of British automotive...

1965 Ford Mustang

View Description

This 1965 Mustang comes with numbers matching 289 cubic inch V8 and 3-speed automatic transmission and has only a little over 71k actual miles on the odometer. Presented in beautiful Yellow with a Beige Vinyl interior. This 1965 Mustang is a beautiful and crisp example of the breed. The first-generation Ford Mustang was manufactured by Ford from March 1964 until 1973. The introduction of the Mustang created a new class of automobile known as the pony car. The Mustang styling, with its long hood and short deck, proved wildly popular and inspired a host of competition. It was initially introduced on April 17, 1964, as a hardtop and convertible with the fastback version put on sale in August 1964. The 289 V8 in this vehicle is rated at 200hp at 4400 rpm and 282 lb. -ft of torque at a low 2400 rpm, making for a very responsive car. This example has been in the same family for 40 years and...

1969 Chevrolet Nova

View Description

Bathed in the well-known performance shade of Hugger Orange, this Nova is turn-key ready for the track. This car was built by Pyle Brothers in Baytown, TX, and the professional build quality is evident. From the full tubular chassis and integrated roll cage, one can easily spot a purpose-built drag car. Sporting a huge snorkel hood scoop, Strange Engineering high-torque axles, and Strange Engineering braking (multipiece slotted and drilled rotors front and rear, Strange multi-piston calipers front and rear), multi-piece Weld Drag wheels at all four corners, M/T skinnies up front, M/T 33x15. 0x15 slicks out back, and wheelie bars, this car says 'race-only baby! ', even from a distance. Under the hood is a massive 490 CID big block Chevy V8 (built by Houston Engine and Balancing), sporting Dart heads and valve covers, an Edelbrock high-rise aluminum manifold, Holley race carb, and a gigantic deep sump oil pan. Uncapped race headers help route the spent combustion mix, which they do very effectively, and with tremendous sound and fury. Twin electric fans keep the radiator temp in check, and the electric water pump keeps the coolant flowing with no loss of power or cooling efficiency. A competition-prepped GM Powerglide 2-speed automatic...
