1951 Ford Custom

A few years after WWII ended Ford was looking to bring a new car to the top trim level in their lineup. The Custom name would live on for a long time but the Custom Deluxe specifically was only made from 1949-1951. This model is the final year, a '51 and she is a convertible. The Navy Blue paint with the light tan convertible soft-top is in great shape. Coupled with all the chrome and white wall tires gives this car a great presence. Inside you'll find tan leather seats that match the top well and is in good order. Under the hood is a rebuilt V8 engine backed by a rebuilt 3-speed manual transmission with O/D (not hooked up). Per the owner, the powertrain was rebuilt in 2015. Not just that either, the entire car was restored and is documented by receipts and photos in a binder that goes with the car. The owners states the body was taken off, was sanded, primered, and painted at the same time. All new interior, convertible top, fittings, the works.
