The Model A was one of Ford's greatest successes, the predecessor the Model T. The 'A' came in many shapes and sizes of the years with nearly 5 million being built in its generation from 1927 to 1931. One of those styles was the 5 Window Coupe, and it's one of the most sought after today, some for originality, but mostly by hotrodders everywhere to make it into a awesome street rod! Here we have one of those rare 5 window coupe street rods and she is all steel! Approaching this car the color draws you in. Selected from a 1990 BMW the PPG Deltron Paint in 'Lagoon Green' is striking! There have been some nice customizations made, such as: 3. 5' Chop, filled roof, bobbed rear fenders, and roll pan. The shell and grill is from a '32 Ford. The chassis is believed to be from a '69 Corvette. Inside you will find Oatmeal Tweed colored cloth seats. Here we have one of those rare 5 Window coupe street rods. Approaching the car, you see the light glinting off the Porsche red paint. Exterior is in good condition, you'll like the Hoosier Hood, the '32 Ford grille and the stainless exhaust and gas tank. The interior is grey cloth and in good shape. Under the hood is a 305 high output GM crate engine with power ran through a turbo 350 automatic transmission. Also holding this slick ride off the ground is a 4-bar suspension, coil over shocks and has a reversed-I-spring. Expanding on the build: the frame is new 2x3 Boxsteel with 1/4' walls. The rear pan & drip rails are homemade, taillights from a '39 Ford and trunk handle from a '37 Ford....

This 1934 5-Window is a ready to drive show car that was treated to a frame-off restoration in 1994 by D&D chassis of Covington Ohio. This particular 1934 Ford 5-Window Coupe has a 289 cubic inch small block Ford Engine with a mild street cam, aluminum intake with a new Edelbrock carburetor. The engine is painted to match the car, with a new set of headers that has been heat wrapped. The transmission is a Ford C-4 automatic transmission. The C-4 transmission, via a short driveshaft, connects to a Ford Granada rear end, with a set of 3:55 gears in it. The interior has a new look with gray cloth covering everything, and was installed by Lynow-s Upholstery of Brookeville Ohio.
