The heads of the engine were also replaced with ones that can stand up to the harder wear and tear that unleaded gasoline causes. Sending the power rearward is a three-speed automatic transmission that was also rebuilt at the same time as the engine. The car is equipped with a final drive ratio of 3. 23 to allow for better highway cruising compared to the original 3. 55 ratio. Altogether, this powertrain runs very well and sounds extremely mean.
