There have been quite a few renditions of the F-Body Firebirds and Camaros that have been stand-out models that never failed to impress including the Formula, WS6, and the Z28. Among the sub models there were a couple that were factory modified by SLP Performance. On the Camaro side of things, you had the SS, which was a Z28 with an updated intake system and a 6-speed manual transmission in place of the 5-speed on manual models. The Firebird got a similar treatment as the SS, and they called it the Firehawk. This car came with the mighty and legendary LS1 V8 under the hood bolted up to a smooth shifting, easy to use 4L60E automatic transmission. The amazing engine breathes out to a quad tipped exhaust singing a throatier than usual note courtesy of the modified exhaust system from the Firehawk package.
