1967 marked the first year of the second generation C10 and also an important turning point for Chevy trucks. In the prior years trucks were looked at simply for utility, but with the '67 facelift and available comfort and styling options the trucks were easier to use for daily transportation. People saw the trucks more like they looked at other passenger vehicles. This new generation of C10s was the first that V8 engines outsold 6 cylinder models which shows consumers were willing to pay to spec up their Chevy truck. This particular C10 has been a Missouri vehicle its entire life and has been in the same family for over 40 years. For the majority of its life it was the daily transportation of a farmer and never traveled far from home. The SN95 body style replaced the long running Fox body and added more modern curves to the Mustang. In 1996 the 5. 0L was no more and was replaced with a more modern 4. 6L V8. The best variant of the 4. 6L was the dual overhead cam 305 HP V8 found in the Cobra. The 1996 Cobra could hit 60 MPH in 5. 5 seconds and run a 1/4 mile in 14 seconds flat. Those are pretty good numbers for a 4 seater car with A/C, premium CD stereo, and power leather seats. The rarest and possibly most unique of the Cobra Mustangs are the Mystic Cobras. In 1996 they made 1,999 Mystic Cobras, only available in hard top coupes. These cars were the same mechanically as standard Cobra Mustangs but featured a stunning color changing 'chameleon' paint. Depending on how the sun hits it, the paint appears blue, purple, or green. The color is referred to as Mystichrome. Nothing says luxury like a clean white Cadillac. The Eldorado has been the pinnacle of American luxury since the 1950s. Nothing has the physical presence that a beautiful Eldorado has. It's 224 inches from stem to stern, that's 18 and 1/2 feet of American steel. Finished in a glossy coat of white paint, this Caddy shows extremely well. With over $44,000 worth of documented restoration work completed in 2008, the car needs nothing and is ready to drive. It has a rebuilt 500 CID V8 which runs smooth and has plenty of power. It is of course backed by a smooth shifting rebuilt transmission. These cars were built to cruise, with power steering, breaks, and a big thumping V8, this is the perfect car to drop in drive and head toward Las Vegas. Recently painted in Pine Crest/Ivory, this classic is truly beautiful. The Two-Ten series, introduced for the 1953 model year, replaced the Styleline DeLuxe series. Unlike the 150 series, Two-Tens were always available with the same luxury options as the Bel Air, including the Powerglide automatic transmission, power window lifts and seat adjuster. Engines options in '56 included: 235 I6, 283 V8, 265 V8. Upgraded, this 210 now offers a 290 HP, 350 CID V8 crate engine backed by Turbo 350 automatic transmission.
