You're looking at what looks to be a real Z28, with a VERY fresh and VERY nice restoration!
The Fischer body tag denotes the Z/28 option and is available for viewing in our full photo set. The restoration was done over three years ago. The current owner purchased the vehicle with the restoration already done. Looking inside, outside, and underneath one can instantly tell that A LOT of work was put into this to keep it nice and what appears to be correct.
Supplied with the sale are some photos and documentation that appear to be from the builder denoting the drivetrains numbers and contributing to the cars authenticity. The listing information provided by a previous seller does claim numbers matching engine, transmission, and differential. Looking at the build it would make sense that this level of effort was only undertaken on an 'original' car. To validate the authenticity of the engine one would need to get the vehicle in the air to take a peek behind the oil filter.
