With a recent gorgeous earth tone paint job, this Land Cruiser looks like it's ready for a safari. These trucks are legendary in off-roading groups for being reliable and extremely agile due to their short wheelbase. However, all those wonderful features also make finding a nice one challenging, since so many of these trucks have been bashed, abused, and just plain used up in the years before they were on the collectors' A-list. Fortunately, this one is extremely clean with an awesome safari Tan paint job that looks bound for the wilderness. You'll find the interior is far more civilized than you'd expect for a world traveler like this, with comfortable high-back bucket and bench combo seats. A single folding bench seat in the back expand passenger capacity and with durable non-slip rubber mat on the floor, you can get dirty without worrying about cleaning carpets when you get home. The vinyl doors have been equipped to make for easy in and out when off-roading, but this Land Cruiser does come with its original tan steel doors as well....

This unique vehicle has been meticulously maintained throughout its 47,000 mile life! That is very little miles for an almost 60 year old vehicle! The even smaller number is production numbers for this particular vehicle in 1963. There were only 1,022 of these custom pickups made. That makes this a unique and rare truck indeed!

This truck has a cammed 350 V8, 700R4 4-speed auto. New Holley 4 barrel carb. Lowered 3 inches all around with all-new CPP front drop spindles and disc brake assemblies. Dakota Digital Instrument Cluster. New front and rear stabilizers. Cold vintage AC and heat. Flowmaster type exhaust with good throaty sound. New tilt steering column and steering box, black vinyl patterned interior like new with new carpet. New Vision Legend Series 6 lug wheels and new Falken 235/55/R17 tires. Very nice satin turquoise paint with a Nice black bed topper with a good wooden bed. The body has been off the frame and has good solid floors, all running gear has been painted and rebuilt if needed. Has power steering and power disc brakes. It looks and drives great.

Under the hood we have a 310hp 350 V8 mated to a 350 Turbo automatic transmission with just over 44,000 miles on the clock. Smooth power delivery and easy driving. Moving to the interior you will notice the well maintained cloth interior from a late model truck. Everything is in working order and simple. This is a vehicle that has been driven. The gray interior shows minimal wear and looks very nice. The impressive part of this car sits under the hood. Powering this monster is a 500 CI Cadillac motor bored to 512 Cubic Inches! Roller Rockers, high compression 10:1 heads, h-beam rods, and forged pistons all have been done to make this monster really come to life. The 400 TH transmission was rebuilt at the time of restoration and hardened shafts were added to handle all that power.
