The second generation of GM-s Pony car was released in the spring of 1970 as a 70 Model. They were an instant hit with the public due to their great fastback styling and the endless list of options. When this Goldwood Yellow Impala SS rolled from the GM assembly line in 1964, it was one of the sharpest Chevrolets ever produced.
