Equipped with a 454 CI Big Block that has been bored and stroked to 490 cubic inches of Chevy big block power. It is equipped with a Forged crank and rods, GM rectangular port open chamber heads, roller timing chain and an Edelbrock intake. With all that power, it made allot of sense to match it up to a newer 6-speed manual transmission. That sounds easy but required allot of fabrication and it was worth it. The build was completed about three years and 8000 miles ago. It was very extensive and included a complete overhaul of the suspension. Everything was freshened up with all new bushings, beefed up sway bars, a 12-bolt rear to replace the 10 bolt and even a new gas tank. The rear has an Eaton clutch type posi unit with 3:73 gears, 30 spline axels all new bearings and seals.
