1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans-Am
View Description
The 1979 model year introduced a number of changes to the Trans-Am. The front nose received new graphics as well as new, quad rectangular headlamps, while the rear received blackout panels for the taillights. This particular Trans Am has what was known as the K code option which means it actually has an OLDS 403 engine in it. The California Cars were equipped with the 403 since it ran better with the extra smog equipment. This particular 79 California car has survived the test of time with only 30k original miles. Especially considering this is one of the 10th anniversary edition's. The Silver paint looks great for its age with the iconic Phoenix laying out over the hood. The interior is in excellent shape with the seats showing hardly no wear...
