The Ford Model A was the second huge success for the Ford Motor Company, after its predecessor, the Model T. First produced on October 20, 1927, but not sold until December 2, it replaced the venerable Model T, which had been produced for 18 years. This new Model A (a previous model had used the name in 1903-'04) was designated a 1928 model and was available in four standard colors.

The 32 Ford Hi-Boy must be one of if not the most iconic car in the Hotrod world. Its sleek lines lend themselves to an endless possibility in the custom car world. This beautiful red Roadster has that classic look with some custom touches that let it stand out from the crowd. The Harwood glass body is smooth with the panels fitting better than most. The red paint is slick with the pin striping breaking it up while adding that classic component to the build. The laid-back Duval windshield makes the car look like it-s going 100 MPH just sitting there. The Chassis has been painted to match and really blends nicely with the rest of the car. This awesome little Roadster is a classic rendering of what most people think of when you say HOTROD. Roadsters were the clear choice due to them being lightweight, easy to modify, and the most important of all CHEAP to buy. The more money they could save on the body the more money they could dump in to the motors. Times have changed and now the way to go is with a reproduction body which is typically made of fiberglass. Not only are they cheaper and lighter but you will never have to worry about them rusting. This particular one starts off with an awesome, bright, slick red paint that definitely grabs your attention. Now what keeps your attention is the crazy flames that are tastefully laid out starting on the top of the grill in an orange and accented with a red stripe and yellow hues. The name Hi-Boy was given to these radical creations due to the body sitting higher off the frame and the fenders and running board being torn off. They were intended for racing so the weight reduction alone gave them a huge advantage. Not to mention the much more powerful engine that were dropped into these little body drop tops.
