Chevrolet introduced the third generation C/K series truck line in 1973 and running to the 1987 model year. This new truck line was revolutionary in appearance for its time in the truck world. These third generation trucks were marketed with the 'Rounded -Line' moniker highlighting the pickup's rounded lines including the windshield corners, cab roof, sloped rounded doors, front fenders, pickup box corners. This classic truck was frame off restored and has never looked better. After the build was completed in 2012, the truck has barely been driven! Under the hood you will find a stout 350 CID V8 engine which was overhauled at time of restoration. A larger cam, 4 barrel carb, and a sweet set of headers help squeeze a few more ponies out of the 350. A nice aluminum radiator with electric fan keeps everything cool. Updated styling features for the Second Generation Chevy Pickup trucks came with new body sheet metal that helps fight rust and a pickup box made of double-walled steel. The majority of 10 and 20 series Chevrolet trucks from 1967 to 1972 were built with a coil spring trailing arm rear suspension, which greatly improved the ride over traditional leaf springs. This particular C10 has been lowered 3' in the front and 4' in the rear to give a great stance and really accent the 18' Panther wheels.
