1970 Dodge Challenger RT

View Description

Most in the business have a soft spot for three pedals and eight cylinders and this beauty is no exception to that! Unlike the big blocks offered by GM and Ford, the Mopar boys were really ahead of the curve with their 440. This Original 440 6 Pack Car is a Gem. Set up with the 6 pack was rated at 390HP & it is widely believed that these figures were way understated. The fender tag on this one tells you just how special it really is. This engine seems to be a prime example of a well-built and well-maintained engine with no concerning smoke, sounds, or behavior. Go back from the awesome 440, to the 4-speed manual A-833 transmission, and this beauty is also equipped with the A34 Code, the famed 'Super Track Pak Package'! 4. 10 Ratio in a 9 3/4 Dana Axle w/ Sure Grip, 7 Blade Torque Drive Fan, 26? Radiator w/ Shroud, Suspension Handling Package and Power Front Disc Brakes. This was only available in 440 & 426 Hemi w/ 4 Speeds, adding to the desirability of this Challenger. This is a...

1960 Chevrolet Corvette

View Description

The exterior is finished in Roman Red with the white coves & a newly redone bright red interior, with the seats recovered by Al Knox's shop out in El Paso, TX. The interior on this vehicle shows very well. It also has the newer matching red headliner installed in the removeable hard top, along with new 'period correct' rear glass & the newer white vinyl soft top rounds out the overall appearance of this beauty. For the 1960 model, the most conservative of the Corvette engines was a 230 H. P. 283 engine that included a single, four-barrel carburetor. Next in succession of horsepower was this 245 H. P. 283 CID, a hydraulic lifter version of the same engine that includes a dual-quad carburetor set up atop an aluminum intake with the famed Corvette finned valve covers. This is also paired up with a 2-speed Powerglide automatic transmission. That is what you are seeing in this example of this classic Corvette that we have available. The 1960 model C1 Corvette was also the last year to include the taillights molded into the rear fenders and...

1968 Plymouth Road Runner

View Description

By 1968, the original muscle cars were moving away from their roots as relatively cheap, fast cars as they gained more and more options. Although Plymouth already had a performance car in the GTX, it wanted to reincarnate the original muscle car concept in a car able to run a low quarter mile time and sell for less than $3000. Both goals were met, and the Road Runner would outsell the upscale GTX. Paying $50,000 to Warner Bros. -Seven Arts to use the name and likeness of their Road Runner cartoon character as well as a 'beep, beep' horn, which Plymouth paid $10,000 to develop, and using the Chrysler B platform as a base which just so happened to be the same as the Belvedere, Plymouth set out to build a back-to-basics mid-size performance car. The standard engine that was exclusive-to-the-Road Runner was the 383ci Magnum V8 rated at 335hp and 425 lb-ft of torque. Now for an extra $714, Plymouth would install the massive 426 CID Hemi rated at 425hp and 490 lb-ft of torque, which as you can see, this one was graced with the beast. Combined with low weight, the 6-passenger Road Runner could run the 1/4 mile...

1977 Ford Bronco

View Description

The Blue Flame Metallic paint (from Ford's 2015 truck color palette) really pops in bright sunlight, and the finish is very nicely executed. Bronco lovers everywhere will recognize the quality of this build, which was completed to order by Build-A-Bronco in 2015. This custom ride is now on its second owner since its 'commissioning owner' had it built to his specifications, and it still has less than 5K miles on the build. Part of the project plan included keeping the height of the truck below 81', so it would fit in a standard height garage opening (as well as allow for easy commercial transport when being shipped across country), while the rest included ensuring that this Bronco would be suitable for both on- and off-road adventures with the whole family. To that end, a custom tubular race-inspired tube steel chassis was selected, and completely powder coated in a silver/gray 'hammer forged finish'. From there, several James Duff custom parts were added, including 2. 5-inch lift, steering stabilizer, offroad radius arms, and more. The offroad front coil springs were also coated red to match the badging color scheme and add some contrast. Twin Bilstein gas shocks up front, along with singles out...

1970 Mercury Cyclone

View Description

This beast is the product of a five year long complete rotisserie restoration done by The Winning Collection, designed to take this final gen Cyclone to the pinnacle of what it could be. Bathed in an attention-grabbing House of Kolor Chrome Yellow finish, with semi-gloss black striping that matches the chin and tail spoilers, this car is striking. Custom 17-inch Magnum 500-style American Racing Shelby billet aluminum wheels with Nitto 555 performance rubber (245/45-ZR17 front, 315/35-ZR17 rear) further enhance the look, and the grippy 555's keep this ride stuck to the pavement. Once you get past the initial visual impact of the car, you'll start to see more of the attention to detail that was shown in the build. For starters, get up close to the hood, and you'll see a Lexan window almost hidden in the black stripe, which shows a hint of the nastiness lurking under the hood: a Roush-built, 551 horsepower fuel-injected 427 with an eight-stack fuel injection setup, reminiscent of a vintage Hillborn system.

Behind that mill is a performance-built C6 transmission with a Gear Vendors overdrive unit, controlled by the Line Loc-equiped B&M Ratchet Shifter. The C6 twists a set of 3:55 gears in the Currie-beefed...
