General Motors' full size pick-up line was introduced in the Chevrolet and GMC nameplates and stretched for over 4 decades providing a utility vehicle for laborers all over the country. The Chevrolet 454 Super Sport was built in limited numbers from 1990 through 1993, but in its first year on the market, the truck was only available as you see it here painted in Onyx Black, with a Shortbed, single cab and, of course, the monstrous 454 big block V8 under the hood. The engine is paired to a 700R4 4-Speed automatic transmission for highway usablilty. The sinister black paint job is amplified on this truck thanks to smoked headlights and taillights, and the exterior is contrasted by an all-red interior with sport bucket seats.
