The Camaro was Chevrolets answer to Fords unbelievably successful Mustang. Known for their performance, The First gen and even early second gen Camaros had packages that turned these fun little cars into legitimate race cars. Of course, as with the rest of the cars from that era times would change and these packages would become less and less prevalent. Fast forward to the mid 80-s and there was definitely a resurgence in performance General Motors leading the way. The IROC-Z was the top of the line performance package with 3 optional engines that all had the extremely responsive TPI or tune port injection. This 87 is a great example of why these cars are seeing a surge in value and popularity. The Flame Red paint is in good shape and factory original color but was touched up after a recall which caused most of the 87-s to have some paint work done. The rims are one the most iconic sets from that era and make the car look like its flying just sitting there. The ground effects make it look even lower and give the car a very aggressive appearance.
