1966 would be the last year before Chevy made a significant change to its C/K line of trucks. The original C10 had a lot of firsts but probably the most important would be the use of independent front suspension. This would be followed up by a coil spring set up in 63 and really set the Chevy's apart from the other guys. This 66 has took the whole drive like a car thing to the next level. Recently going through a frame on restoration this 66 C10 has been updated with all the creature comforts that you expect in a car today. Start with the interior, The Leather bucket seats not only look amazing but are as comfortable as a new Cadillac. Not quite in the right position no problems since at the push of a button the seat comes forward or back as well as reclines giving you all the comfort of a luxury car. If it gets too warm while cruising around simply put the power windows up and kick the vintage AC unit on and you will be cooled down in no time.
