This Mustang is a complete ground up restoration. All new suspension has lowered the car one inch with 3. 89:1 gears and a Detroit locker. The entire car was media blasted and all rust fixed. The underside of the car is all Arma coated glossy black Disc brakes on all four corners made by Stainless Steel Brakes corporation. Of course all new brake lines and fuel lines. The paint is Diamont Extreme color by BASF. This color is called Ocean. This car also has ghost rally stripes that add a very nice touch. The hood is fiberglass 67 Shelby style hood. Thos car went through an extensive body alignment process using very little bondo. The hood, doors and decklid all operate nicely and line up great. New weatherstripping was installed throughout the car as well. The block is a 1967 center oiler 427 FE and has never been bored. This car was built in 2003 but is titled as a 1940 Ford and has been with the same owner for the last 20 plus years. Powered by a 1995 Ford 302 V8 crate engine that is mated to a C4 automatic transmission and pushed to the rear wheels by a Ford 9' rear with 3. 10 gearing. This Ford was built professionally and drives like a dream with only about 11,000 miles driven since being completed.
