This beauty is painted in Sunfire Yellow with a Black vinyl Power soft top and Black Highline vinyl interior. Complimenting the look is a set of 14 inch Road Wheels wrapped in F70x14 Redline tires. The Redlines offer a nice contrast to the Yellow and black and work quite well with the red painted hood vents. Power comes from a non numbers matching 383 Super Commando (date coded 1967 block) with 906 heads and sends power through the well known and stout 727 Torque Flight automatic. Both have been rebuilt and have roughly 10,000 miles on them. Out back is an 8 3/4 rear end housing a set of 3. 23 highway gears ready to hit the open road.

Introduced in 1968 as a trim level for the Plymouth Belvedere, the Road Runner was designed to be a 'no frills' muscle car, just a simple car with a big engine. Trim-wise, it was fit between the highest trim GTX and the slightly lower trim-level Satellite. The Road Runner sold double its expected numbers in the first year, becoming a tremendous success!

This Road Runner went through a complete restoration prior to its current owner purchasing it in 2006 and was repainted in its original B5 blue that shines in the sun.
