This Corvette has a numbers Matching 350 with a 4-speed manual transmission that puts out 270HP and 360 lbs. of ft. torque. This car still has the original green factory paint on it. During the 80's the G-Body cars including the Oldsmobile Cutlass, The Monte Carlo, and the Buick Regal came out as a larger body car that came with a sports car like attitude which gained crowd and popularity for years to come. The Monte Carlo SS featured a 305 cubic inch small block V8 bolted to a TH200 4-speed automatic transmission with electronic overdrive which made for easy operation paired with a smooth riding take on reliability. The Monte we have sitting before us is an Aerocoupe, which is most noticeable by the rear window having more of a 'bubble-like' design offering a more aerodynamic look on the car while not taking away from its already muscular look and stance.
