Dodge offered up the Challenger as a smaller performance muscle car in its lineup as opposed to the Charger which carried the same engine and transmission options for the most part. The most desirable year Challenger arguably to say for most would be the 1970 which offered to be either a 318, 340, 383, 440 or a 426 hemi equipped car. This Challenger has been taken to the next level by adding a 528 cubic inch Hemi V8 under the hood putting down well over 600 horsepower. The Hemi is bolted to a TH400 3-speed automatic transmission which Quarter Stick styled shift controls. The power is transferred back to a Dana rear axle which is sporting a 3:83 gear ratio. The Challenger is coated in a gloss black paint job which features custom metallic purple flames in the front and custom Hemi emblems on the hood.
