This sleeper Coronet was born with a 318, which has been nicely upgraded with a new 440 big block in 1967. The exterior is finished in a beautiful caramel color with a slight metallic flake and a painted white roof. The paint was applied in 2012 and looks fantastic. The white vinyl interior matches the theme of the car perfectly, and also looks excellent. The 440 CID V8 currently in the car was installed new in 1967, believed to be a warranty replacement at the time. A 727 Torqueflite automatic transmission transfers the power from the 440 to the 8 3/4 rear end which houses 4. 10 gears. New springs and torsion bars were added to the Coronet in 2015. This Coronet 500 features American Racing aluminum/alloy TorqueThrust wheels that provide an awesome looks and aggressive stance. The odometer reads 82,048, which is believed to be the actual mileage on the car.
