The Super Bee was the affordable Muscle car from Dodge, the Road Runner's brother. Power started with the 383 big block and went on to include the 440 and the 426 Hemi. The Super Bee was based on the Dodge Coronet but stripped down a bit. Removing equipment that was not necessary for the gear head with a budget and also losing a little weight at the same time. Here we have a beautiful 1969 Super Bee powered by the familiar 383 big block backed by the 727 Torq Flight 3-speed automatic and a 8 3/4 rear end with 4. 10 rear gears. The engine has been spiced up a bit and includes a Holley Street Dominator aluminum intake manifold and a Holley carburetor, an MSD Blaster coil, Pro Comp CDI Ignition and a set of tuned tubular headers flowing into s set of Flowmaster mufflers for a serious sound.
