A nicely done two tone red and black paint job is the biggest visual attraction. The dark red metallic paint contrasts nicely against the black paint. Brought back to it-s former glory one year ago. The A100 was a compact Van that was slated to compete with the Ford Econoline Van and the Volkswagen Type 2. On this particular restoration nothing was left undone. The Turquoise metallic paint was applied with accent white to the exterior and interior. Slightly lower than the CJ the Wrangler was designed to sell to a wider base of customers. With a wider track and swaybars, the Wrangler had much improved road manners over its predecessor. Featuring a choice of 4 cylinder or straight six 242 the Wrangler was an instant hit. This good looking truck was restored a little over 15 years ago by the owner of time who was an auto body specialist. This explains why the deep black gloss paint looks so good on this truck. The hand painted badging gives this truck a nice personal touch and lets everybody knows this is a GMC and not a Chevy. Besides the good looks of the truck, a new V8 engine and transmission were installed at the time of the restoration.
