We get to see some pretty awesome rides on the regular at Gateway Classic Cars, but this rig is something else! This Double Dually began its life as a heavy-duty Silverado pickup and was intended to transport Bonneville speed racers for Ontario, California outfit Spectre Industries but ended up taking on a wild personality of its own. Painted in all Black, this pickup formerly had a Red/Champagne two tone paint scheme and was featured at prestigious events from SEMA to Good Guys, the Hot Rod Power Tour and even featured on the cover of 'Truckin magazine. The wheels are Brentz 22' all the way around and the rear has been tubbed to account for the extra width. Each axle on this vehicle is on independent adjustable airbags and the extended rhino-lined truck bed can be raised or lowered all the way using hydraulic operation. The chassis is also completely unique to this truck. Later in this truck's life, a Cadillac front end and taillights were installed to give a nod to the built motor under the hood, which helps this Double Dually covers some serious ground.
