1970 Chevrolet Camaro Z28

As any artist knowns, the end result of your labors are only as good as the canvas it is on. To that end, the builder of this beautiful restomod started from a very clean '70 Z28. As the story goes, the car was bought new in '71 as a leftover model and the engine was blown up after about 17k miles and the car was parked around '73. The owner unfortunately passed away and left it to his son who sold the car after many years of sitting with the bad engine. With the current owner, the vehicle found new life in the way of a full restoration. The original Forest Green paint was stripped and the Z was repainted in a Sherwin Williams red with black stripes.
A very healthy 350 Cubic inch V8 was bolted to a TKO Tremec 5-speed manual transmission and dropped in the clean engine bay. An Edelbrock fuel injection system was retrofitted to the aluminum intake and makes cold weather starts a breeze. The black vinyl interior looks...
