1965 Chevrolet El Camino
View Description
The El Camino is a coupe utility/pickup vehicle that was produced by Chevrolet between 1959-'60 and 1964-87. Introduced in the 1959-'1960 model years in response to the success of the Ford Ranchero pickup, its first run lasted only two years. Production resumed for the 1964-'1977 model years based on the Chevelle platform and continued for the 1978-'1987 model years based on the GM G-body platform. This beautiful 1965 Maroon El Camino has a healthy 330HP, 350CID small block Chevy breathing life under the hood! Back by a fun-to-drive 4-speed with power being sent to a 12 bolt rear end with 3:73 gears, this Elco is a blast to drive. Engine goodies under the hood include an HEI ignition, Edelbrock intake and Holly dual-line carb. This car also has front disc brakes and Rally Wheels wrapped in new tires to make stopping all that power a breeze! The new owner also gets a dress-up it that includes valve covers, air cleaner cover and oil baffle...
