This Special Deluxe is powered by a 1969 Chevrolet Nova 6 cylinder engine. This is mated to an automatic transmission sourced from a -69 Nova as well. The engine runs very strong and the transmission shifts through all gears flawlessly.

The paint on this historic Deluxe is in fantastic condition and the burgundy color really shines in the sunlight. The chrome accents the burgundy color beautifully. For the 1941 and 42 model years Chevrolet offered these vehicles with their 'Victory Six' 216 CID inline 6 engine. Power output for 41 was rates at a whopping 85 horsepower at 3,300 RPM (courtesy Wikipedia. ) This particular example runs and drives incredibly well. This vehicle doesn't feel like one that was left sitting neglected. It seems like a vehicle that was maintained and driven with reasonable regularity. The car appears to be in mostly survivor condition, but we are betting is has been repainted at least once.
