1967 Pontiac Firebird

Introduced in the same year as it's GM cousin, the Chevrolet Camaro, the Firebird was another pony car in the race initially started by the Ford Mustang. Pontiac brought to the game a similar Coke-Bottle shape to the Camaro, but with a unique integrated chrome grill and bumper. The Firebird came with a lineup of engines to choose from. Options ranged from a mundane 230 CID Inline 6 cylinder to a fire breathing Ram Air 400 CID V8. The mid range was a 326 CID V8 which was a nice choice for affordable horsepower. This particular example features the original 326 CID V8 which sports a 2 barrel carburetor. The original transmission would've been a 2 speed automatic transmission, which has been swapped out with a much more exciting 4 speed manual.
