1935 Ford Woody

View Description

Woodies were popular in the United States and were produced as variants of sedans and convertibles as well as station wagons, from basic to luxury. They were typically manufactured as third-party conversions of regular vehicles. Some were built by large, reputable coach building firms and others by local carpenters and craftsmen for individual customers. Eventually, bodies constructed entirely in steel supplanted wood construction for reasons of strength, cost and durability.

This particular Ford Woody is a true barn find that was regularly maintained, and is believed to only have two wood pillars replaced. Under the hood, you will find the original Ford Flat Head V-8. It looks to be in great shape, and may have been restored at one time, judging...

The rear suspension that has been tasked with planting all of that power to the road is a triangulated four link with coil over shocks. The front has also...
