1967 Dodge Coronet
View Description
The RT designation was used in the 60-s by Dodge and was given to there -muscle car- line up. The RT would give you the Magnum 440 which was Dodge-s go to engine of the day. With plenty of reliable power many believed them to be the true street engine since the HEMI was temperamental at best. This real deal RT Coronet has stayed true to its root and was restored with that in mind. Under the hood is a true and real date code correct 440 that was rebuilt back to those specs. Although not the engine that came in the car it is that should be in there. Backed up by what many believe MOPAR-s best transmission ever the 727 Torque flite. Drop the car in drive and hit the gas as you feel the 440 climbs in the RPM range until the 727 takes control and shifts nice and firmly into second gear. Keep into it and the shift into 3rd is just as you-d expect nice and smooth. The paint on the car is true to the year and shows extremely nice with trim and brite work looking just as nice.
