Originally built with a 326 CID engine, it has been replaced with a 400 CID with a 4 barrel carburetor built by Jim Taylor. He is a renowned Pontiac engine builder. This Pontiac Lemans has been completely restored with Pontiac parts. The Muncie manual 4-speed is original to the car, and shifts just like a new one. Most Lemans were typically ordered with automatic transmissions. Typically when ordered with a 4-speed, it was ordered as a GTO.
