Anyone who remembers this era of Trans-AM will know that these cars are synonymously associated with the legendary 'Smokey and the Bandit' movies. The 1980 Special Edition models were immortalized in the 2nd movie. The first thing many prospectors will notice is that this car comes with Black Cloth interior instead of the usual tan, which was special ordered by the original owner. In my opinion this combination looks much better combined with the rest of the interior design such as the Gold Spun dash inserts. The Black exterior paintjob is in unbelievable condition considering it is original factory paint and the decals aren't showing any signs of wear either. The tires on this car may look original but you would be mistaken- the Goodyear Poly Steel Radials were special-ordered in 2018 so they are completely safe to drive on (original tires are available with the sale on request).
