Oh man, it's the Bubbletop. 1960 was the first of only two years for the Bubbletop and that is just a shame. These are the cars that dreams are made of. The beautiful body lines with those horizontal fins. The chrome. The huge back windshield. Everything about this car screams cool, and it just needs a cool new owner. This example is right up there with the top dogs. Restored back to factory specs, this car looks like it did in 1960. The red exterior paint is in good shape and is probably a 7. 5 out of 10 with only a couple minor touch ups. The red and white original interior looks amazing. The real meat and potatoes of this car is the original 348 CI Big Block V8 with 3-dueces sitting under the hood mated to a Th350 that was added to help this car become the driver that it is. The most popular and most well known lowrider vehicle of all time has always been the Chevy Impala! The Impala model has gone through an astounding 10 generations of cars, and for decades it set the standard in comfort and value and was even considered to accelerate the American muscle car craze in the late 50's/early 60's. The 1000's of hours of detail work on this Impala certainly shows, from the completely custom trunk space, to the color matched interior with it's custom paint & engraving, but the exterior is where this Impala stands out from the regular crowd with a shaved firewall, shaved door handles, continental kit airbrushed by Verrick Falcon, engraved headlight bezels and antenna bases by Krazy Kutting engraving.
