The 'X3' factory crayon marking is still visible on the metal bracing behind the upper rear seat. The markings 'X3' or 'X7' were made on the assembly line for the workers to identify the type of trim package to be installed on Z/28's. This SS Chevelle was restored in 2002 and repainted its original paint color of Cranberry Red. During the restoration the car was fitted with black vinyl interior that included Strato bucket seats.
