This 1975 Corvette sports a professionally built, balanced and blueprinted 383 CID V8, equipped with KB 9. 8:1 pistons, Vortec heads and roller rockers; along with a Comp dual pattern cam with. 460-. 480 lift, an Edlebrock intake and Holley Street Avenger Carb. In its current configuration, the engine is putting out an estimated 420+ HP; which, combined with its 4-speed transmission makes for a very potent Machine. It's really fast but very streetable. When the restoration was completed, it received a new clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel. The transmission and rear-end was serviced with new seals, gaskets and fluid. The trailing arms were also serviced and received new bearings and bushings. In addition, the radiator was replaced, and as well as the power steering control valve and cylinder. Its brake calipers were rebuilt. The engine compartment was detailed to look original, as well as the undercarriage and suspension. All chrome and stainless was either replaced or polished. All weather stripping was replaced.

Production of the first Corvette rolled off the assembly line in Flint Michigan on June 30,1953. Only 300 units were produced in an iconic white with red interior. But not to worry, by 1955 the in- line six was gone and replaced with a V-8. By 1957 a 283 cubic inch fuel injected V-8 small block engine was put under the hood. By 1969 the 250,000th Corvette had rolled off the assembly line.
