The parts list on this Chevy II is anything but short, so let-s jump right into the meat of it all. Powering this beauty is a 350 cubic in Tune-Port Injection V8 that has been warmed over with a bumpin- camshaft and some tubular exhaust manifolds. Backing that up is a 4-speed automatic transmission with a shift kit built to lay down the power. Power is sent to a pair of meaty tires through a GM 10-bolt. A Mustang II style front end gives the modern feel of a car with rack and pinion steering, coil over front suspension, and tubular reinforcements making for a very stable front end.

The 'Nova' nameplate was manufactured from 1962-1979, and 1985-1988. This first- generation Nova was produced from 1961-1965. Taking on many body styles including two-doors, four-doors, station wagons and convertibles. It was built on a semi-unibody cabin and trunk bolted to a framed front section. In 1963 the 'SS' model was introduced with special features including a floor shifter, SS badging, unique instrument package, bucket seats, side molding, and SS wheel covers. Interestingly, a V-8 option was not available for the Nova until 1964. Eight-cylinder engine swaps by owners were commonplace, however.
