Powering this beast of a Nova is a built 383 stroker with a Cross Ram intake set up with dual 4 barrel carbs. The engine is breathing through a set of ceramic coated headers and a complete custom exhaust system. Mated to the engine is a 3 speed manual valve body automatic with a shift kit and a 12 bolt, posi trac, rear end. All of this means that this car makes great power and runs like a bat out of hell. Subframe connectors and custom wheels and tires help put the power down in this monster. You will not be disappointed with the performance of this ride.

This Nova is claimed to be powered by a big block 496 CID V8 engine that is mated to a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission and pushing the power to the ground through a Ford 9' rear with 3:09 gears. Pop open the hood and you will notice the organized engine bay, the headers, aluminum radiator, electric fan, Team G Weiand intake, and quick fuel carburetor. Here we have a great looking tribute to the L-79 Chevy II! In 1966 Chevrolet introduced a new high-power variant of the Chevy II, the L-79. Chevy really put the power in that tiny engine bay, offering option code L79, which was the killer 350hp 327. Think about it, 350 horsepower in a 2,500-pound car. We're talking drag racing here. The engine put out great power and looked great, too, with a chromed, dual-snorkel air cleaner, chrome rocker covers and chrome oil filler and cap at the front of the aluminum intake manifold, which sported a 600cfm Holley four-barrel carburetor.
