This was the beginning of the ever-lasting F-series truck and one of the most popular trucks in the U. S. It was available in four basic models: the pickup (F1-F3), the panel truck, cab-over engine chassis (F5-F6, and the branded C-series), and the school bus chassis (F5-F6, branded the B-series). This particular F1 was rebuilt with a 350 V8, which is back by a Turbo 400, and runs to a 10-bolt rear-end. The Chevrolet Chevelle was manufactured by General Motors from 1964 -' 1977 and is quite possibly one of the best American Muscle Cars of all time. The second generation of the Chevelle had some beautiful lines and a nice wider body stance that made it stand out in the crowd. In addition to the simple grill work above a hefty chrome bumper and smooth quarter panels the rear round taillights this Chevelle also sports a beautiful metallic blue paint job and black stripe. In 1964 Pontiac was certainly ahead of the game and produced some of the most beautiful vehicles with a great deal of attention to detail. Interestingly enough the name Catalina comes from the California island and Ventura is also a city in California.
