The Chevelle was a mid-size full frame car produced from the beginning of the muscle car craze in 1964 all the way through 1978. The 72 model is what many consider to be the last of the true Chevelle-s maintaining those same body lines of that classic second-generation cars. This 1972 has gone through a complete restoration with all major components gone through and either replaced or rebuilt. With approximately 4000 miles since the build was complete this Muscle car needs nothing except a new home. The 355 was built using some high-performance parts. The cam, as you can hear in the video, gives the car not only more power but a good lope at idle. The Edelbrock carb feeds just the right amount fuel with the exhaust being handled through the original style manifolds. The dual exhaust exits back at the factory location and gives the car that great rumble. The TH350 shifts out nicely with smooth yet firm upshifts this Chevelle is a blast to drive.
