1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass

View Description

In a world where gas costs under 40 cents and epa regulations were almost non existent, it was only natural that muscle cars would become the hottest cars in the late 60-s and early 70-s. This brought us gems like the Pontiac GTO, Chevelle SS, Plymouth Barracuda, and others, but one stood out from the pack.

For sale in our Fort Lauderdale showroom is one of the most iconic muscle cars of all time: the Oldsmobile Cutlass 442. The name 442 comes from the fact that the car has a four-barrel carburetor, 4-speed manual transmission, and dual exhausts. The 442 became its own model, rather than an option on the Cutlass, from 1968 to 1971. In order to keep pace with the large, high- horsepower engines coming from the competition, Oldsmobile fired back with their answer. This was the 455 CID engine putting out 365 horsepower. This particular 442 has that same potent 455/365 engine. Saying this car has some power is an understatement. Proving its performance, the 1970 442 was the official pace car at the Indianapolis 500 race.

This 442 is absolutely gorgeous under sunlight. The white interior pops against the gold...

1963 Chevrolet Nova

View Description

This '63 Chevy II has the best of the old and the new working together to make something very special. A quick look and you would be certain that this is one clean, well painted sharp looking little deuce coupe but you would be somewhat wrong. The longer you look the more you will notice the latest technology. The big give away is the Dakota digital dash and the 6-speed knob parked on top of the manual shift lever. Now once the hood is open all bets are off as the cammed dyno'd 450HP LS1 gleams and looks nothing like the little Chevy small block that would have been perched here. The LS1 giving it the rumble and stumble that makes me want to make it my ring tone. Backing the LS1 is the Tremec T-56 6 speed manual transmission giving you total control of the RPM's so you can explain to the Civic driver just what muscle is and then cruise down the highway at 70MPh getting about 25MPG's. Connecting the transmission to the rear axle is an aluminum drive shaft and connecting the Ford 9 inch rear axle is...

1969 Plymouth Road Runner

View Description

The Road Runner was introduced in 1968 as MOPAR's entry level midsize muscle car. For the small charge of 50000 Warner Brothers allowed Plymouth to use not only the Road Runner image but the classic beep, beep for the horn. The Road Runner would see 3 generations spanning only 13 model years. Here we have a '69, 2nd year of the first generation and wow is she sharp, and a real RM21 code car! You gotta love MOPAR! The Alpine White paint with black stripes really shows off the bold lines of this car. The black vinyl interior sure goes well with the exterior and is in nice shape. The Magnum 500 wheels with redline tires really finishes the stance of this Road Runner! Under the hood is the rebuilt 383ci V8 and is backed by a 3-speed automatic transmission. The vin on the bottom of the block is legible, personally confirm 8 digits of the vin on the car. The current owner has had her for over 18 years and acquired her from a private owner....

1969 Pontiac Firebird

View Description

When a husband orders a car new from the factory for his wife and she doesn't have the heart to tell him she doesn't like it, it sits. That's the story with this one and a nice gentleman came along 8 years ago after the aforementioned husband passed away and took this car off her hands. Knowing what he had, he too kept the mileage down and reserved its drives to local shows around Arizona. The owner claims these miles are true and what you have is a very nice, well preserved iconic car from the 60's. Finished in Carousel Red (most notably seen on the GTO) over White Vinyl interior, this car is begging to stretch it's leg and see some more of the country. Power comes by way of a 350 cubic inch V8 mated to a Turbo 350 3 speed automatic transmission. There are plenty of shiny accessories in the engine bay that deserves to be shown off. Features include AM/FM/CD radio, a semi-automatic convertible top, power brakes, power steering, rally wheels, seatbelts, tilt column and white wall tires. A...
